- Landmark has contributed to the restoration of over 50,000 acres of environmentally-impacted property in Colorado.
- Landmark has contributed to major redevelopment projects throughout the Denver Metro area, including the Streets of Southglenn, the Former Marathon Oil Petroleum Technology Center, the former St. Lukes and Osteopathic Hospital sites, and the former Hamilton Sundstrand Denver Metal Works.
